Contact Mary at the lodge (1-800-843-7951) for further information. Be sure to tell her you're with the Moser/Sheaffer wedding party.

Here's a short list of additional options for lodging:

Campgrounds can be found on nearby public lands. You can obtain specific information from the following agencies:

Methow Valley Ranger Station: 24 West Chewuch Road, Winthrop, (509) 996-4003

Park headquarters: Sedro Wooley (on highway 20 five miles east of I-5), (360) 856-5700

North Cascades Visitors Center: Newhelm (on highway 20 at milepost 120), (360) 386-4495

TRANSPORTATION

We'll be coordinating ground transportation from Seattle (and from Sea-Tac airport) to the Country Inn. If you're interested, please contact us at <mosersheaffer@hotmail.com> as your travel plans come together, and we'll plan the shuttle schedule accordingly. (Transportation up from Seattle to the Inn will be available both Friday and Saturday, with return transportation available on Sunday).

LOCAL ACTIVITIES

In a state full of spectacular scenary, the area surrounding the wedding site boasts some of the best. Because Mazama sits east of the Cascade crest, the weather is dry by Northwest standards, and the beginining of October often provides great weather for exploring the mountains. Here's a list of local activities and helpful websites.
